NAVA's Governance
Organization
NAVA is managed by an executive board elected at the annual meeting. The executive board consists of a president, first vice president, second vice president, secretary, and treasurer. Much of NAVA's activities are carried out by its committees, on which members are encouraged to serve. NAVA has committees for audit, budget, convention, membership, nominating, program, publications, and publicity. More information about the purposes and management of NAVA can be found in the organization's Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation.
